I graduated from University of South Florida. In 2004 as a way to pay for school I started the property maintenance company, Lawn Guru. The company still operates today and services Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Seffner, Lithia, and Fishhawk. Being around homes doing landscaping sparked my interest in real estate and allowed me to pursue my passion as a licensed realtor and real estate investor. I got licensed in 2012. Spent 8 years at Keller Williams learning the business and in 2020 started Cap X Real Estate.
I have been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1997 and call Dover my home. Married to the beautiful Erin McGuire and am the proud father of two young ladies. I enjoy golf, hunting, fishing, shooting, and growing food in my backyard hydroponic and aquaponic systems. Giving back to and supporting our local community is very important to me. I have been a Rotary member since 2009 and a member of the Brandon Rotary Club since 2015.
Michael Moran – Sales Associate
Michael Moran was born in Erie, Pennsylvania and graduated high school from Cathedral Preparatory School. He then moved to Florida in August 2004 and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Operations Management with a specialization in Building Construction. While in college, he interned at Walt Disney World in the horticulture department performing landscaping and landscape design at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and the Polynesian Hotel. He moved to the Tampa area in 2011 and has been a licensed Realtor since May of 2013. Michael is also a Licensed General Contractor who owns and operates the construction company Blue Coast Builders, LLC since June of 2015. His company builds custom homes and focuses on commercial construction with a proven record in building restaurants and specializing in pizza restaurants. Michael is the construction consultant for Hungry Howie’s Pizza in the state of Florida and oversees all the new builds for the franchise in Florida. He has experience in real estate development, residential and commercial new construction, agricultural and vacant land sales, residential and commercial sales and leases, and has worked in over 20 counties all over the state of Florida.
